This statement explains how information submitted through this website’s contact and employment forms is handled.

Information you provide

Contact forms collect your name, email address, and message. Employment forms also collect your age if provided, phone number, selected positions, and any comments or questions. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive details.

How submissions are used and shared

Goodfellas uses your submission to respond to your inquiry or review your interest in employment. A copy of all submitted fields is emailed to Goodfellas and its website administrator, Llama Heads. The saved-submissions inbox is restricted to the authorized website administrator.

Service providers and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Resend processes and delivers submission emails. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

Retention

New submissions expire from the active website database after 30 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Earlier records retain the expiration assigned when submitted. Email copies and downloaded exports are separate records and are not automatically deleted by the website’s cleanup. Service-provider recovery copies may remain longer.

Other services

The website links to or embeds services such as maps, draft-beer listings, online ordering, gift cards, and social media. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact [email protected] with questions or requests concerning a submission. Include enough information to identify it, but do not send sensitive information. Deleting a saved website record does not automatically remove copies already delivered by email.
